We must be notified within 5 days from the date of delivery of any problems with your order. We will not accept returns for items past 14th days from the date of delivery. No packages will be accepted without the approval number (Return Authorization #). 20% restocking fee will be charged on RETURNED items. After 15 days from the date of invoice all amounts will be accessed a finance charge of 1.5% per month. In case suit is necessary for collection, buyer agrees to pay all costs, including reasonable attorney fees. Please pay from this invoice. Although products has been tested, E.I. Mirae Image makes no warranty and representation, either implied or expressed, with respect to the hardware and the documentation, quality and performance, merchantability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
